Four Views

• Top 50: The highest-volume, highest-rated dealers nationally. Filter by state, brand, or tier. Sort by rating, review count, or composite score.
• By Brand: Select any brand and see all its dealers ranked. Brand-level headline stats at the top — avg rating, total reviews, median reviews per dealer, Saturday availability.
• Brand Comparison: Every brand side by side. Average rating and total review volume. The chart that shows which brands have the reputation problem they haven't admitted to yet.
• Top Composite: The credibility list. Minimum 500 reviews required. Weighted 60% rating, 40% volume. The most defensible best-dealer ranking — high ratings at genuine scale, not a few friendly reviews.

Methodology

Data pulled from the Google Places API (New) for every US franchise dealership in our database. Rating and review count as reported by Google at time of pull. Composite score: (rating / 5.0) x 60 + min(review_count / 20,000, 1.0) x 40. Updated monthly. Dealers with fewer than 10 reviews excluded.

Saturday hours data from our separate dealer hours dataset covering 17,962 dealers. The correlation between Saturday service availability and review volume (Pearson r = 0.40) is a directional signal, not causation — higher-volume operations tend to invest in both accessibility and reviews.
